I admit, being a bit ADD, that I didn't listen to the ENTIRE vlog. That's partly because I want to ask you some questions! Because I don't know if you did/do research on diet and food, generally, I don't know WHAT you eat, but I can tell you, the cravings for stuff like pizza and McDonald's is INTENTIONAL, and so don't feel weird that you want it!!!
What you may not know is that it's not JUST about calories. It's about what the calories are MADE OF, too. There's fats and there's GOOD fats.
So, I have an idea, and I'm not an "EXPERT," but I'm fairly knowledgeable on the basics of FOOD, being a long-time reader of certain kinds of issues after having my own struggles... It's how I found out about GLYPHOSATE...
YUCK.
But anyway... If you're game, and you may learn nothing from me you didn't already know, but I'd be willing to try and help.. Anything you tell me would be confidential, promise.
Remember this, too: WINTER is a time when your body is NATURALLY trying to put ON a little weight, because it's COLD, and we burn more calories staying warm... Like bears! One of my animal totems is a bear. ;) I LOVE to eat, and I eat more when it's cold. It's from our thousands and thousands of years of doing so, we are naturally inclined, and of course, eating is a PLEASURE., or should be!
FYI: Your cravings for "bad" food (and it IS bad) is normal... That food is MADE to be that way. And it's not like you can NEVER have it-- once in a great while, for some, and very small portions for another-- But trying to go without eating and being hungry is NOT a good plan, trust me!
What else is going on in your life?
Do you have friends?
Do you have activities you enjoy?
Do you exercise?
Do you have social contacts in the Real World?
Are you HAPPY?
Do you cook for yourself? If you prepare your own food, what kinds of ingredients do you use?
What are your favorite foods, and why? (And don't say CANDY, we take that as a given, lol)
There are many factors that go into good health and they're all important.
Now, you can just run with my questions and find your own answers, or you can email me and we can have a back-n-forth for a while if you feel my input is helpful. Jaan.Carter@protonmail.com
Heh, this is the one I'm going to have to leave out because I already overshare as it is.
"Do you have friends?"
Yes
"Do you have activities you enjoy?"
Most of my activities are centered around doing things on the computer, I've been working on incorporating more activities within my mobility range that aren't purely digital. Starting to read more has helped, and I've been regularly going for walks.
"Do you exercise?"
Besides walking I have two personal training sessions a week. Recently it's been hard but I try to go to the pool to swim outside of that as well. It's been a hard balance trying to do as much as I can without entirely wearing myself out.
"Do you have social contacts in the Real World?"
They're all at the gym! I effectively retreated from IRL over the last decade so I don't really have many outside of that and immediate family.
"Are you HAPPY?"
Since starting this journey, I have regularly hit "higher highs" in terms of mood.
There are still hard and difficult moments, but it's getting better all the time.
The reason I suggested email is for more privacy. You can go there anytime.
Sounds like you are heading in the right direction, and have some support. Support is important, for obvious reasons, for EVERYBODY, especially as we traverse this insanity going on with Globalist Psychos trying to kill us all. urg!
Understand that in this transition you’re in, from being too big to being comfortable in your skin, it’s going to be HARD sometimes, maybe a LOT of the time, until you can lessen the strain on your heart and other organs by getting some of the weight off, and because it’s just going to be harder to drag all that excess around until you’re in a more manageable weight slot, so to speak. Don’t worry about it, just DO IT. And PUSH yourself a bit. That is what builds the muscle and the STAMINA. Walking is GOOOD. I try to walk every day, and I push myself.
Another thing to be aware of is, EMF’s, as in 5G, which is everywhere now, unavoidable, is a great strain on the body… And it can (and does, for me) create a feeling of insatiable hunger… not alllll the time, but often. So I try to counter that by overeating on VEGGIES instead of what I crave, which is carbs. I love bread, and cereal, and I eat them, but sparingly, because that puts weight on me like nothing else.
And last thing for today— okay TWO things:
Be very careful with fats. You MUST have fats to be healthy, and to lose weight. Just know that any restaurant food you consume will have BAD fats, because it’s too expensive for them to use much GOOD ones… maybe butter. So I tell people, Eat like your great-grandparents ate: butter, lard, avocado oil is good, olive oil is okay, sesame oil is fine, for flavor… BAD FATS are all those seed oils like safflower, sunflower, corn oil, canola oil, etc etc Trash, literally.
Eat meat, don’t be afraid of it, we evolved eating it! And eggs are very very good for us. And lots and lots of FRESH VEGGIES, wide variety, raw is good, but sometimes ya wanna cook it. This is the simplest way to say it. Bits and dabs of other things, like fruit, nuts, seeds… all fine, without going overboard.
Okay, go for a walk! Push, but not outrageously. Have FUN, take pictures. Say hello to people. Offer to walk dogs for neighbors… Most of all, ENJOY LIFE. Think positively, don’t worry about what other people think, and just try new activities whenever you feel an itch. ^_^ Life is good, if we make it so. These days, we may have to work at it a bit more often… xo xo
