I downloaded all your CBC documents into my 'covid heroes folder.' I have a massive offline digital archive where I am saving documents from the covid years in EMP-proof pouches, soon to be stored in a fire-proof safe.

Make no mistake - you are a hero for what you did, refusing the vax, and it likely saved your life. God is watching and smiling.

Also, you are not alone. I wrote about my childhood here: https://vicparkpetition.substack.com/p/we-were-fearfully-and-wonderfully

My covid meet-up stories are similar to yours. So, so similar. Keep going mate.

That is a huge honor that I do not take lightly. Thank you.

In your post you wrote "Trust me, every time I write I think โ€˜there I go, I have humiliated myself again.โ€™ Maybe you will think I am insane." I feel that almost everytime I publish. My way of overcoming it is kidding myself that "nobody is ever going to read this anyways" ๐Ÿ˜…

TOO LATE

I read your article and I liked it! So there!

I definitely feel a kindred spirit in your writing. You really articulate well the challenges I face from a cray-cray perspective x

Thank you for sharing your story Gabriel. Society continues to see obesity as a fault only of the person who is in the protective fat suit. Your story has so many similarities with mine and my son. The pain of how we got here is rarely recognised by all the quick fix latest 'solutions' to our weight problems. Eventually we add so many 'failures' to our journey that we begin to give up on ourselves. Recognising our painful life experiences and allowing ourselves to 'feel' is a tough journey. I acknowledge your courage as well as my own and that of my son too. It seems also that because of this deep courage and desire to discover our own truth, we all saw through the plandemic and refused their miracle potion. Every onward Gabriel, with courage! Respect.

You have self awareness, courage and the desire to get to the root of your issues. That is no small feat. This is just another chapter in your story. Thank you for sharing and being vulnerable.

The question of "how did I get here" is a huge one to tackle. Actually thinking it through can be painful, but probably a necessary part of the journey. I look forward to the next steps.

This is so beautiful, as are you, Gabriel! I too have pretty significant physical pain whenever I do anything (but for a different reason) as well as a history of struggles with food & weight (donโ€™t most of us have these issues?)

Keep writing! Youโ€™re a gifted writer and have a gorgeous spirit about you. & based upon GoogleMeet/Zoom framing, Iโ€™d never have seen you as someone with a significant weight issue! ;)

Iโ€™ll be praying for your happiness & success in this! โ€”Frances Scott
